The components of the electric hoist are: motor, transmission mechanism, winding drum and sprocket.Electric hoist structure reducer: It adopts a three-stage fixed-axis helical gear rotating mechanism. The gear and gear shaft are made of heat-treated alloy steel. The box body and box cover are made of high-quality cast iron, with tight assembly and good sealing. Difference between CD and MD:
The hoisting speed of the CD type electric hoist is constant speed, which can meet the general use requirements; the MD type electric hoist has two hoisting speeds—normal speed and slow speed. When working at a slow speed, it can meet the requirements of fine operations such as precision loading and unloading, sand box clamping, machine tool maintenance and so on. Therefore, the MD type electric hoist is more widely used than the CD type electric hoist.
